Bootnodig acts as an intermediary platform connecting boat owners ("Owners") with renters ("Customers"). We do not own or operate the boats listed on our platform.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and Owner approval. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (Mollie). Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy of each boat before booking.

4. Owner Responsibilities

Owners are responsible for ensuring their boats are safe, insured, and compliant with local regulations. Owners must honor accepted bookings.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must treat the boat with care and follow all safety instructions provided by the Owner or Skipper. Customers are liable for any damage caused during the rental period.

6. Liability

Bootnodig is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during a boat rental. The rental agreement is directly between the Owner and the Customer.
